Puerto Del CarmenAn excellent apartment situated a few minutes walk away (on flat ground) from lots of local sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. There is a community swimming pool with a kiddy shallow pool at one end. Plenty of sun loungers and if needed a public telephone box at the entrance to the complex. Accommodation:The accommodation consists of: · Very large sun terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrellas. · Open plan lounge/dining area with television, CD/DVD player, video player, satellite system (only basic channels) so please feel free to bring your own Sky card, DVD's etc. · Well equipped fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and various other necessities. · Separate complete bathroom with full bath (shower over), toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet containing hairdryer. · Two double bedrooms one with double bed, the other with twin beds. Both have built in wardrobes and there is a safe in the double bed room. We also have a spare bed for 'little people'.
